Earn Your Master of Human Resource Management
The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) degree is a comprehensive program to prepare you for a career in human resources. You’ll learn about both organizational and legal considerations in the field, as well as how to build skilled, high-performing teams in a wide range of workplaces. You’ll develop the skills you need to lead HR planning and staffing initiatives, manage diversity and conflict, develop an organizational communications initiative, and measure the success of the programs you lead.
Study In-Person or Online
Some courses in the MHRM program must be taken online, and the degree can be completed 100% online. You may also take some classes in a more traditional face-to-face format. Both options incorporate active discussions and hands-on learning projects.

This program will open doors for human resource professionals as they develop expertise in leadership, team building, and ethics, says Gerardo Soto, who earned his MHRM degree in 2012. His degree helped him advance in his company, and he is now also completing a North Park MBA.
